Is my website and data hosted in the UK?

Yes, hosting, data and support are all 100% UK-based. Nothing is shipped offshore, and when you need help, you’re dealing with me, not an overnight ticket queue abroad.

Is it really green, or just carbon offsetting?

Green. The platform runs on 100% renewable energy — wind, solar and hydro — with a very efficient 1.12 PUE. It’s direct renewable sourcing, not buying offset credits to cancel out dirty power.

Can I take card payments or run a shop?

Absolutely. The platform is PCI-DSS compliant and secured with malware scanning and DDoS protection, which makes it well suited to WooCommerce and any site taking payments.

Can you host WooCommerce or a high-traffic site?

Yes. The platform auto-scales with no single point of failure, so busy shops and traffic spikes are handled without falling over, and being PCI-DSS compliant, it’s well suited to taking payments. If you’re growing fast, I’ll size it right and keep an eye on it.

Will moving to you cause downtime?

No. Migrations are free and done with zero downtime. Your existing site stays live while I copy everything across and test it, then I switch it over cleanly with no lost data or email.

Can I just buy hosting on its own?

Yes. Hosting is a standalone service, some of my clients take it on its own, with no care plan required, on one simple yearly price. If you’d rather it was actively looked after (updates, edits, monitoring), it’s also included in my care plans. Same secure, green UK platform either way.

What happens to my site if I ever leave?

It’s yours, always. There’s no minimum contract and no lock-in — if you ever move on, I’ll help you migrate away cleanly with all your data intact.
