The articles and guides are shared in good faith from real-world experience, but every site and server is different. They’re general guidance, not bespoke professional advice, and are provided “as is” without warranty. Test changes on a backup or staging copy first; I’m not liable for any loss arising from following a guide. For anything important, get advice tailored to your situation — or ask me.

The text, design, code and graphics on this site are mine unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or republished without permission. You’re welcome to link to pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Third-party names and logos shown belong to their respective owners.

Where I link to external sites, I don’t control them and am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Project work

Design, development, hosting and care-plan work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timelines, ownership and support, which we agree before any work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or quote.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for anything that can’t lawfully be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, my liability for your use of the website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
